I just learned this about the World's Fair: it was 'dedicated to "Man's Achievement on a Shrinking Globe in an Expanding Universe."' (wikipedia).

That seems totally appropriate to what we're doing, at least in our frenetic minds. A few edits for the naughts, and we get:

"Flushtopia: Dedicated to The People's Potential on a Shrinking Globe in an Expanding Universe."

or

"Flushtopia: expanding the universe in a shrinking globe"
